D7, Col. 1, Obit. 1 ENGLE - Goldie A. ENGLE, aged 74, of Cascade, died December 2, 1993. She went to be with her Lord leaving her beloved husband of 53 years, Howard; one sister, Cardelia HERMANS of Spokane, WA; and two special friends, Dave and Betty Lou CLARK. She became ill with cancer after working 50 years for C.L. Frost Co. She owned several skating rinks where she was also an instructor. The family would like to thank Dr. Sobong and his staff for 8½ years of care. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the O'Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, Rev. Gordon Barry of First United Methodist Church of Lowell officiating. Visitation Saturday 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Greater Grand Rapids.
