Randy - I recently requested and received information from Rosedale Memorial Park. I sent them a stamped self-addressed envelope and a note with my great grandmother & grandfathers names I was looking for. There was no cost involved. Within a week or two I received a photo copy of the plot application sheet (which surprisingly contained my great grandfather's signature), as well as a photocopy of where the plots were located.
