He was 75. Dr. William H. VanderPloeg, Medical Examiner, said Mr. Blaszak died of a heart attach. He is survived by a daughter Mrs. John V. Levandoski; two sisters, Mrs. Bert Paski of Sturgis, and Lottie Blaszak of Grand Rapids; three brothers, Frank, Steve and Joseph, all of Grand Rapids, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
