Surviving him are the widow, Katherine, three sons, Eugene, Theodore Jr. and Donald; three sisters, Mrs. Walter Levendoski, Mrs. Bert Paski of Sturgis, Miss Lottie Blaszak; five brothers Walter, Phil, Frank, Stephan and Joseph of Toledo, Ohio. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Forresters, St. James court 1827, roster No. 53 and the Holy Name Society, which will meet Tuesday night at 7:30 to recite the Rosary. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock at St. James church. Interment Polish Catholic cemetery.
