G. Heeringa, 61, Here 55 years. Ernest G. Heeringa, sr., 61, 1227 McReynolds av., NW, former partner in the Heeringa Dairy Co., died Thursday in Butterworth Hospital. A native of the Netherlands, he came here 55 years ago. The Heeringa firm was disolved several years ago and he had been employed by Joppe Dairy Co. since. He was a member of Trinity Reformed church Surviving are his wife, Gertrude; two daughters, Mrs. Norman Veneklasen and Mrs. Lucille Kasper; two sons, Gordon and Ernest, jr., two brothers, Gilbert and George; a sister, Mrs. Dena Vechtel, all of Grand Rapids, and six grandchildren. Services will be held in the Van'tHof chapel at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Rev. John Staat of Trinity church presiding. Burial will be in Rosedale Memorial park.
