I'm looking for living descendants of James and Sarah Jane McCrodan, who emigrated from Ireland to this locality in the mid 1800s. I believe their son William (d. 1921) also had a son William who appears to be listed in the SSDI with death date 1969. It would be his children I am interested in talking to about their relatives (John R. McCrodan) that moved to Nevada around the turn of the century (1900) and their knowledge of their own family history. I think we may be related back in County Monaghan Ireland.

I cannot find Adrian and Elizabeth in 1930 census nor can I find Reinard, Cornelia and Anthony in 1920. I hope this will give you a better picture of your family and hope it has answered some questions for you. So Anthony was the son of Reinard or Reynard Kamp and Cornelia. Anthony also married a Cornelia and she was the daughter of Andre or Adrian Bustrean (a variation of spellings) and Elizabeth. If there is any other information you want me to look for I would be glad to. This is a hobby of mine to help others since I have so much on my own families.

I do know she lived in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her birthday was in April, but do not know the exact date. My family on that side seems to not remember anything of the family so I am on my own. My Grandfather is Earl DeVormer, I believe was born in 1919, and that was his son, he also had another son Oral who was born in 1920 I believe. Albert DeVormer can also be known as Lou DeVormer, if you search his baseball card had Lou DeVormer on it, I do not knwo the origin of why he sometimes used the name Lou. I can tell you his baseball stats and such, however there is no information to be found on his ancestry. I will continue to search and research on him, I want to know about him as much as anyone else. I do know he is buried at Fiarplains Cemetery here in Grand Rapids.
