I have that "mention" in this index, but no information of her being a twin or if she was still born or died right afterwards. I have a name for her of Austen Dorrine Ketchum. A boy child, with the same birth date was born to Wes & Kitty Ketchum and grew to adulthood. He was named Darwin Oscar. Also I am looking for either a newspaper article (Grand Rapids Press) and obituary for a girl who was murdered by her uncle. As a kindergartner, I use to be walked to school by her and we both lived on Burton St. in Wyoming. She lived with her grandparents. Truthfully, I don't remember her name, but it seems like she went by two names and I can only remember, Margaret McKensie. (Not sure of the spelling either.) I remember that she lived with her grandparents and had an uncle, who she sometimes referred to as her brother. This uncle murdered her. I did a search this morning and came up with the date Sept. 28, 1963-which seems about right. However it was for a subscription that would cost me about $75 and I'd rather not spend that much. I'd gladly pay reasonable fees to someone who could look up her obituary and I believe there was an article in the Grand Rapids Press as well that featured a picture of her. I'm sure he was tried for this. It also seems like he took her to the family cottage where this happened. Also in the last 20 years or so, this was brought up again in the paper. I don't know if the uncle was parolled or denied. I deeply appreciate your offer of help. I'll gladly pay copying fees & time for you to check on this.
