Of Galesburg Passed away April 15, 2008. Duard was born July 16, 1927 in Leroy, Michigan, the son of Robert W. and Thursa Mae (Langworthy). A veteran of World War II, proudly serving his country in the US Army. Duard enjoyed NASCAR, instant lottery tickets and living in Florida where he resided for many years. He will always be loved and missed by his family. Duard is survived by his children, Larry Nichols, Dennis Stacey, Diane Stacey, Duard A. Stacey, Denise Root and Dan Stacey; a sister Dorothy Jean Ochs; his former wife Peggy Croy; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Donna Mae Stacey O'Connor and a brother Alvin Lee Stacey. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 19, 2008, 12:00 - 1:00 PM at the Williams - Gores Funeral Home, Delton, with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00 PM, Pastor Jeff Worden officiating.
