Of Portage Went to be with her Lord after passing away March 27, 2008 at home. Gertrude was born August 4, 1919, to Anna and John Lentenbrink, in Kalamazoo. She graduated from Mahrs with a degree in accounting and worked as an accountant for the Oklahoma State capital and the Kerr McGee Oil Company and retired from National Waterlift. She leaves one daughter, Sally Johnson; two nephews; a niece; and a sister-in-law. She had grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers. At her request, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or services. Family suggests donations may be made to the Trinity Baptist Church.
