Age 97 Of Portage Passed away on November 13, 2009 at Borgess Medical Center. Annabelle Theresa Mackie was born on July 4, 1912 in Two Rivers, WI the daughter of the late James and Lena (Beyer) Williams. Annabelle and her family moved to Escanaba, MI in 1926. She graduated from Escanaba High School in 1930. Annabelle married Harold Mackie on August 11, 1934 and they lived in Gladstone, MI for most of their married life until moving to Kalamazoo in 1961. Annabelle was employed at Western Michigan University in Public Safety for 13 Years. She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church since 1962. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold on December 2, 1965, a sister, Blanche Vogel; a brother, Henry Williams and a nephew, Tom Belongie. Annabelle is survived by a daughter, Carol (Bud) Donnelly and a son, James (Chris) Mackie; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two nieces and two nephews. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at St. Mo! nica Catholic Church where Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11:00 AM. Fr. Larry Farrell Celebrant. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Monica Catholic Church. Arrangements by REDMOND Funeral Home 4100 S.
