Age 67 Formerly of Kalamazoo Died January 2, 2010 at the William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, Florida. Jim was born December 2, 1942, the first child of Henry G. and Hazel E. Bos. He was a 1961 graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School and moved to Florida in 1984. He had been a resident of the Indian River Nursing Home located in West Melbourne Florida, for several years. Jim is survived by his mother, Hazel Bos of Kalamazoo; his wife Diana Bos; two sons Timothy (Terra) Bos of Honolulu HI, Matthew (April) Bos of Belleview FL, and two step-children, Doug Hanna and Kim (Rob) Helterbridle of Malabar, FL. The bright lights in his life were his grandchildren Tayler, Katie, Hailey, Ryan, Jordan, Jenna, and Teigan. He will be sadly missed by his siblings, Mary Bos of Tecumseh, MI, Tom (Deb) Bos, and Pat (Sterling) Weatherwax of Kalamazoo, and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held at Kalamazoo's Riverside Cemetery, at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed towa! rd research combating Parkinson's Disease.
