Of Kalamazoo Pat passed away Friday afternoon, January 8, 2010 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. She was born August 3, 1931 in Los Angeles, CA, the daughter of William and Mary Peterson. On April 9, 1949, Pat was united in marriage to James W. English. Surviving are their three children, Bob (Pat) English, Jackie English, and Jim (Angela) English; six grandchildren, Rob (Wendy) English, Mike English, Kenneth Laymon, Christina Hoffman, Tracy English, and Jimmy English; seven great-grandchildren, Garrett, Kenny Jr., Jarred, Jacob, Deja, Zoe, and Adrianna; and two brothers, William (Ester) Peterson and Gene Peterson. Preceding her in death were her husband of 33 years, James; her parents; and one brother, Ray Peterson. Friends may visit with the family from 3-5 PM on Tuesday at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street. Private interment will be in Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
