The father and brother are still there in 1900. Joel Clark is her father and Granville is her brother. I tried to get Ancestry to find Eliza, still in Minn, using just her first name & initial, YOB, POB but there are a bunch of possibilities but none of the easy/obvious choices appear to be her (with a new surname). Minnesota has quite a number of vital records on Ancestry, you might want to take a look at some of those.
