Even to those who are family members to the former patients. I've been looking all over for patient records as well, but somehow...they're all gone or classified. I'm going to try to get into the hospital and see if they're there. As for the REASON nobdy is allowed to see them or have access to them...I have no idea. But it sounds bad.
