My grandmother's name was Katherine (also Kathryn) Mary Beezer Lane. I can trace the Beezer line back to the 1600's but her husband - John Robert Lane - the only information I have is his name, a birthdate of Aug. 17, 1894 Michigan, a marriage date of Aug. 11, 1928 and DOD Oct. 7, 1942. Prior to his marriage in 1928... who knows? Much speculation..no photographs.. stories that he ran away from home. Father may have worked in mines. Without his parents names and with such a common Surname it has been difficult. I'm new to this...so I appreciate the support and I'm sorry if I'm going about things in the wrong way. Thank You.
