She was born to Gertrude and Sam Carr on October 6, 1917. Ann married Wilbur T. Collins on August 26, 1934 in LaGrange, Indiana. She was a resident of Kalamazoo for most of her life and retired from the Brown Company after 25 years of service. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur and her sister, Emma. She is survived by her two brothers, Jim and Leo Carr; her sons, Bruce and Thom Collins; granddaughters, Sue Block, Chris Collins, Sandy Wolf, Tani Kremble and Cindy Jenkins; a grandson, David Collins; seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A private ceremony and celebration of Ann's life will be announced at a later date. Her greatest love was for her family who will miss her warmth, advice and understanding.
