Of Kalamazoo, MI Departed this life Saturday, January 19, 2008 in Kalamazoo, MI. He was born May 9, 1957, the son of Thelma and Thaddis Echols in Kalamazoo, MI. He was preceded in death by is brother, Michael D. Mann, Sr., on January 17, 2008. He is survived by his parents, Thaddis and Thelma Echols of Kalamazoo, MI; his children, Ronecka and Shawn Echols, both of Grand Rapids, MI, Max Echols of Kalamazoo, MI and Adam Echols of Traverse City, MI; one sister, Sharon (Bennie) Russell; four brothers, Robert (Diana) Mann, Kenneth (Linda) Mann, George (Betty) Fitzpatrick, and William Mann, all of Kalamazoo, MI; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Also, long-time companion, Miriam Jackson. Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday with a 10:00 AM family hour at The Galilee Baptist Church, Pastor J. Louis Felton, officiating.
