Hopefully, I did not make the mistakes on the obituary, however that is possible. Do keep in mind that many errors are made in obituaries because of human error at all levels. If you have knowledge of the correct spellings of names, just add a reply to the obituary and explain who you are. That will assist others who will look up the name in the future.
