ROUSE - 6744 Peyton Place, Kalamazoo, Dale's life began November 25, 1909 in Kalamazoo, MI. He was a member of "The Heart Club", a citizens-band radio club. Dale really enjoyed life and he was a handyman who loved building things. His family includes 4 children, Edwin of New Mexico, Caroline and David, both of Kalamazoo, and Howard of Cedar Springs; a brother, Venton ROUSE of Washington; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Dale died Wednesday February 19, 1997 in Kalamazoo. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gert (DOKEY) ROUSE in 1995. Friends may visit with Dale's family 7-9 PM Friday at the Rupert, Durham, Marshall & Gren Funeral Home, Portage Chapel, where a Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, Dale will be buried next to his wife, Gert in Memorial Park Cemetery, Battle Creek.
