Of Peoria, IL Formerly of Kalamazoo Beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend died August 25, 2010, in Peoria, Illinois. Toni was born November 28, 1970 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Norman and Grayce Balch. Surviving are her husband, Sam Chee; her children, Emily, Ella, Conner, Nick, Gage, and Stevie; her mother, Grayce Balch; her brothers and sisters, Pete Lowery, Tom Lowery, Wendy Fackler, Luanne Lowery, Kelly Vinson, Scott Lowery, Todd Lowery (Balch), Jim Balch, Dorothy Balch, Terri Balch Ann Balch and Norman Balch; a niece, Randi Ullrey; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Toni was preceded in death by her father, Norman Balch; and a brother, David Lowery. A Memorial Service to celebrate Toni's life will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, August 28, 2010 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E.
