Mr. Wagner was born March 30, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Wagner and Esther Finkbeiner; his wife, Ann Harp; and their daughter, Debra. He was Technical Director for Simpson Paper Company in Vicksburg for 23 years, retiring in 1981. He is survived by his sister, Marie Whittemore of Mayfield, KY; and several nieces and nephews. A private interment will take place in Mount Ever-Rest Cemetery, Kalamazoo.
