Virginia was a hard, dedicated worker who retired from the Kalamazoo State Hospital after 20 years of service in the central kitchen. A loving mother, grandparent and friend, she lived her life with determination, passion and strength. Her spirit, sense of humor and culinary skills, especially her unbelievable potato salad, will be greatly missed. Her son, Gary (Cora) Dee, preceded her in death in November of 2007. Surviving are her beloved friend and care giver, Lana Feiser; her son, Bruce Hall; her grandchildren, Amie (Al) Heasley and Craig (Karen) Feiser and great-grandchildren, Sarah and Leo Feiser. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be conducted on Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. with Rev. James Dyke, officiating.
