She was born in Montclair Township, New Jersey on August 3, 1938 the daughter of the late Michael and June (Petrucelli) Caruso. She was married to Philip Slager on July 18, 1955. He died on March 16, 2008. Rosemarie had worked at Research Molding and Humphrey Products for many years. She is survived by three sons, Dan (Nancy) Slager of Galesburg, Jim (Lisa) Slager of Mendon, and Tom Slager of Battle Creek; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Robert Caruso of California, Albert Caruso of Tennessee, and Don Caruso of Florida; one sister, Virginia Hale of New Jersey. Cremation has been conducted. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Assistance was provided by the Eickhoff Funeral Home of Mendon.
