She was born in Battle Creek on July 14, 1924, to Harold and Jennie (Hill) Eberhard. Virginia is survived by her children, Virginia Marie Gray, James Victor Dale Collins, Donald Eugene Collins and Gerald Lynn Collins. She also leaves 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 23 great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great- granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Victor Russell, Vance, Verlester and Vernon Eberhard and daughter, Betty Lou Collins. The family of Virginia Collins will receive friends Thursday, May 29, 2008, 10 AM-12 noon at the Royal Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 12 noon on Thursday at the funeral home.
