SULLIVAN - Portage, MI, died Thursday morning, November 13, 1997. Fannie was born January 3, 1913 in Shaw, GA, a daughter of James and Bonnie (BRYANT) TIPTON. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life, moving here from Chattanooga, TN, in 1936. Fannie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Portage for over 33 years, where she taught Sunday School and led the Ruth Class. She was employed for 10 years with Bowers Manufacturing. On April 11, 1931, she was united in marriage to Mr. Leslie R. SULLIVAN, who preceded her in death on August 28, 1984. Fannie is survived by her 2 daughters, Betty (Bruce) STONEROCK of Barstow, CA, Dorothy (Thomas) PRICHARD of Portage; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Zelman DEANES of Chattanooga, TN; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Monday at 11:00 o'clock at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Portage Chapel 411 E. Centre Ave. with Mr. Bruce Stonerock officiating. Private int! erment in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery.
