SCHWARTZ - 1306 Nazareth Rd., Died Wednesday afternoon, October 22, 1997. Minnie was born June 6, 1913 in Wiliston, ND, the daughter of Charles and Rose REHAL and had lived in Kalamazoo since 1952. Prior to her retirement, she was employed for 19 years at Jacobsons and later employed part time at Max 10. She was preceded in death by her husband, John SCHWARTZ in 1985 and by an infant daughter, Patricia, and by 7 brothers and sisters. Surviving is a daughter, Dennette SCHETTNER and husband David, of Kalamazoo; 5 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Heather, Jason, Matthew and Zachary; a sister, Lorraine DEFLORIN and husband Joseph of Maplewood, MN; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1:00 o'clock Monday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Memorial Chapel 622 S. Burdick St. with the Rev. Barbara A. T. Wilson officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may meet the family Saturday from 7-9 pom and Sunday from 4-8 pm at the chapel.
