She was born October 20, 1930 in Mobile, AL, the daughter of Eddie and Stella Howard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Milligan; her parents and her sister, Rosetta Bragg Dunning. She is survived by one brother, Mr. Willis Bragg of Mobile AL; three nephews, James III, Jeffrey Lee and Alfred (Sarah) Dupree Dunning, all of Kalamazoo, MI; special goddaughter, Christina Byrd and a host of family and friends, as well as the entire House of God and Temple Bethel Church families. Also, devoted caretakers, Walter Mathews and Yvonne Hetzel. Services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday with a 12 noon family hour at the Harper Funeral Home, 521 Douglas Avenue, 342-1000.
