Of Kalamazoo Passed away Monday evening, February 4, 2008 at Rose Arbor. Delores was born June 14, 1931 in South Haven, MI, to the late Fred and Thelma (Hurlbut) Chilcutt. On September 1, 1951, she married Gerald D. Myers. Delores was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, ceramics, gardening, cats, birds and decorating special cakes for family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Gerald; her children, Cheryl M. (Andres) Herrera, Sandra L. (Harold) Selner, Gerald L. (Deborah) Myers, all of Kalamazoo and Dianna S. (John) Voke of Plainwell; grandchildren, Christopher Selner, Matthew and Brandon Voke; step-grandchildren, Andres III, Lisa and Lucas Herrera; two brothers, Charles (Norma) Chilcutt and Martin Chilcutt; several brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. with the Rev. Doug Vardell, Borgess Hospital Chaplin officiating. Entombment in Mt. Ever-Rest Ce! metery. Friends may meet the family Thursday from 4:30 to 7:30 PM at the funeral home.
