She died June 28, 1880. My information is taken from a book on the history of the Hunter clan. I found that they were married in Ireland and moved to Pittsburgh in 1830. You should note that the book specifically mentions that McCord was spelled MacCord by the family in Ireland. The book also mentions another Hunter&McCord marriage, also in Ireland between John McCord & Jean Hunter. I also had notes in my personal file of Mc Cord graves located in a small cemetery in Richland Township which was part of Pine Twp. until mid 1800's. I don't have the McCord names but I do get past the cemtery regulary if you need them. I also noted that there were three Stewarts buried there, Robert C. Stewart Born 8-5-1834 D 10-29-1897 & his wife Margaret and a grave that was very difficult to read, looked like M??, perhaps Mable or perhaps Ellen Stewart died 3-8-1876 "in her 89th year" I found not connection between this group of Stewarts and my family. I do have lots and lots of other Stewart references. If you would like more information perhaps we can talk on the phone. Let me know.
