KLOK, 823 Oak St., passed away Saturday evening April 20, 1974. Mr. KLOK was born Dec. 22, 1922, in Kalamazoo, the son of Henry and Anna KLOK and was a lifelong resident here. He had served in the U.S. Army in World War II and was a member of the Comstock VFW 6252, was a 17 year member of the Moose Lodge 88 and was active in their bowling league. Mr. KLOK was employed by KTS Industries, formerly known as Kalamazoo Tank & Silo Co. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Jan. 23, 1974, his father, Henry, Aug. 12, 1945 and his mother, Anna, April 6, 1974. Surviving are 2 daughters and 5 sons, Ms. Linda KLOK of Chicago, Mrs. Janet Marie YOWLER of Kalamazoo, Lawrence J. Jr. [sic], William H., Henry J., Gary L., Leonard J., all of Kalamazoo; a step-daughter, Mrs. Anna Marie HOUSE of Nashville, Tenn.; 5 grand children; one sister, Mrs. John (Elaine K.) OOM of Kalamazoo; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 1 o'clock a! t the Langeland Chapel, 622 S. Burdick, Rev. Norman Van Heukelom, of the Third Reformed Church, officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery.
