He was 72. NAP was born on Aug 7, 1921, in Kalamazoo. In 1939, he graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School. He was a U.S. Navy pilot in World War II, and moved to Kansas City from Kalamazoo 43 years ago. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; two sons, James and Randy, both of Kansas City; one daughter, Jeanne KIMBALL of Kansas City; one sister, Betty KETCHUM of Kalamazoo; two brothers, Jack of Kalamazoo and Robert of Alamo, Texas; and four grandsons.
