She was born on November 8, 1915 in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late Charles and Helen WALLS. A long time resident of Springfield, MO, and a previous resident of Kalamazoo. Mrs. Neel had recently returned to Kalamazoo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jackson NEEL; and her son, Thomas Craig NEEL. Surviving are her sons, Jeffrey NEEL of Kalamazoo and Timothy NEEL of Cincinnati, OH; and grandchildren, Michelle PERIGO of Kalamazoo, and Darian and Alina NEEL of Cincinnati. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 30, 1998 in the St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Portage, MI, with interment in the Cathedral Church of Christ the King Resurrection Garden, Kalamazoo, MI. Memorials may be made to St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, 929 E.
