He was born November 16, 1962. The son of Stanley and Ginnie Lou (Hand) Kalmer. Joseph was a devoted husband, father, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Priscilla (Rathburn) Noggle-Kalmer; son, Zachery Joseph Kalmer and Laura Schupan of Baroda; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Noggle and fiance, Joshua VanderRoest of Kalamazoo; brother, Matt (Kim) Kalmer of Allegan; two sisters, Pamela and Tom Bloom of Comstock, and Melissa (Bruce) Tlougan of MN; two sisters-in-law, Christine (Tommie) Brown of Kalamazoo, and Ronnie (Lee Pearson-Meeker) of Parchment; one brother-in-law, Michael Rathburn of Florida; seventeen neices, nephews, cousins; and many loving friends. In accordance with Joseph's wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Saturday, February 27, 2010 (tomorrow) at 11 AM at The Rosewood Clubhouse, 4774 Horton Drive, with Pastor Greg Stepp of The Faith Apostoli! c Church of Kalamazoo officiating.
