He was a 1946 graduate of the Vicksburg High School. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served in the United States Army. In 1992 he retired as a chief maintenance man from the Vicksburg County Schools in Michigan after 12 years of service. He was a life member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by parents, Frank and DeLila Cole Moyer and two brothers. Surviving are his wife, Jean Moyer of Interlachen; two step-children and six grandchildren. Memorial gifts may be sent to the American Heart Association, Attn: Memorial Donations, P.O.
