Meyers, Florida, (Formerly of Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids), Passed away at his home in Ft. Meyers, Sunday morning. Mr. KOSTER was born December 2, 1899 in Grand Rapids, son of Thomas and Mildred DEYOUNG KOSTER and had lived in Kalamazoo until 1950, lived in Grand Rapids until 1960 when he moved to Florida. He was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad for 40 years, retiring in 1960. Mr. KOSTER was a member of Fidelity Lodge 513 F & A.M., DeWitt Clinton Consistory of Grand Rapids, 32nd Degree Mason and a veteran of World War I. In 1934 he was married to Miss Gladys ABBOTT, who survives. Also surviving are: one son, Thomas of Tampa, Florida; one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Kay) MCCARTHY, also of Tampa; his father, Mr. Thomas KOSTER of Ft. Wayne, Mrs. Helen YOUNG of Ossian, Ind., and Mrs. Frances MAAT of Englewild, Calif; one brother, Glenn of Ft. Wayne. Friends are being received at Wagar & Clark Chapel, where services will be held Friday at 2 p.m., ! Rev. Carleton Benson officiating.
