Jim was born July 16, 1921, in Kalamazoo the son of Peter and Elizabeth (MODDERMAN) BUSHOUSE and had resided in this area all of his life. He was a meat cutter with the Hoekstra Meat Co. and enjoyed fishing, gardening & hunting. On May 5, 1950, he was married to Beatrice DONKER, who preceded him in death in 1982. Surviving are 1 son and his wife, Peter and Debra BUSHOUSE of Portage; 1 daughter and her husband, Linda and Daniel BUSHOUSE of Hopkins, 1 sister and her husband, Janet and Mel BARRON of Vicksburg; 6 grandchildren; 2 nieces; and 1 nephew. Friends may call at the Rupert-Durham Funeral Home, Vicksburg, A Forethought Member where the family will be present today from 7-9 and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 and where funeral services will be held Saturday, November 2, 1991 at 10 AM with Rev. Larry Wood of the Vicksburg United Methodist Church officiating. Interment Rive! rside Cemetery, Kalamazoo.
