WYKSTRA, 312 Schuring Rd., Portage, passed away Sunday, Oct. 15, 1978. Mr. WYKSTRA was born May 6, 1924, in Grand Rapids, son of Sidney and Gertrude WYKSTRA and had been a lifelong resident of the area. He served with the U. S. Army during World War II and had been employed by the Allied Paper Co. Surviving are his wife, Nina; 2 daughters, Miss Marcia WYKSTRA and Mrs. Diane SIKORA, both of Kalamazoo; 2 brothers and 2 sisters, Anthony of Martin, Mrs. Ethel SYTSMA of Moline, Clarence of Kalamazoo and Mrs. Violet LEEP of Martin; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and one sister, Arnold, William and John WYKSTRA, and Mrs. Marie BISHOP. Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 3 o'clock at the Langeland Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave., Rev. Mr. Gilmer Compaan, of the East Martin Christian Reformed Church, officiating. Interment in Central Portage Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. !
