Of Kalamazoo Passed away 5 AM Friday morning, July 4, 2008 at home. Peter was born in Achladokambos, Greece, February 22, 1921, to the late Maria and Demetrios Dussias, and moved to Kalamazoo in 1951. He is the beloved husband of 47 years to Demetroula "Toula" (Fotopoulos) Dussias; loving and adoring father of Maria (Roberto) Cuevas of Palos Hills, IL, Demetri Dussias, and Constantine "Dino" (Edyta) Dussias of Naperville, IL; proud and loving grandfather of Christina Cuevas and Sophia Dussias. Ten brothers and sisters preceded him in death. Pete was a member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, a former member of AHEPA, and served in the Greek Army. He was a very successful businessman, having owned four restaurants. His family will forever cherish his unconditional love, faith, wisdom, humor and a kind heart. May his memory be eternal. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5 to 8 with Trisagion Services at 7 PM. Funeral Services will be held 11 o'clock Monday morning at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 507 S. Westnedge with Rev. Fr. Angelo Maggos and Basil Stamas officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery. Contributions in his memory may be made to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church or Orthodox Christian Charities. JOLDERSMA & KLEIN 917 S.
