RUEHLE - Kalamazoo, passed away Tuesday evening, December 2, 1997 at Upjohn Community Care Center. Ralph was born in Allegan, September 4, 1908, the son of Oscar and Blanche (NEWMAN) RUEHLE. He had been a self-employed auto mechanic and worked for Auto Parts Distributors until his retirement. On August 20, 1938, he married Helen SWONK, who preceded him in death on April 24, 1994. He was also preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Delmar RUEHLE. Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Violet RUEHLE of Cedarburg, WI: two granddaughters, Kim RUEHLE of Cedarburg, and Stacy RUEHLE of Saukville, WI; a great-granddaughter, Emily RUEHLE; two nieces and two nephews. Friends will be received at the funeral home beginning Friday at 5 p.m., where Services will be held Friday evening at 7 o'clock with Rev. John Grathwohl officiating. Private family committal services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan, on Saturday. The family will be at the funeral home from 5 to 7 on Friday. Joldersma & Klein, 917 S.
