RYAN - Kalamazoo, MI, died Monday morning, March 9, 1998 at her residence. Mrs. RYAN was born June 13, 1927 in Wyandotte, Michigan, a daughter of Bartholemew and Elnora (WEISE) SHELATA. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident for several years. She was preceded in death by her parents; and 2 brothers. On May 21, 1949, she was united in marriage to William J. RYAN, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Michael RYAN of Gobles; 2 daughters, Kathleen (Thomas) NIELSEN of Whitehall, MI, and Theresa (Edward) TAYLOR of Taylor, MI; 8 grandchildren; and a sister, Eleanor PRICKETT of Trenton, MI. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held 1 o'clock Wednesday at the Cheshire HIlls Baptist Church, 4160 102nd Ave., Allegan, with the Rev. Mr. David Pabis officiating. Memorials may be directed to the Michigan Heart Fund. Arrangements were made by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Memorial Chapel, 622 S.
