ROBINSON - 22391 W. Main, Kalamazoo, MI, passed away on Sunday, July 27, 1997 at Borgess Medical Center. She was born November 4, 1946 in Macon, MS. She was a cook at Borgess Medical Center for 25 years. Hazel bowled for the Kalamazoo Center Bowling League. She was preceded in death by her father, C. S. MACON; brother Essie MACON; and sister, Willie B. MACON. She leaves to remember her, her loving husband, Leonard ROBINSON Sr; two sons, Calvin WILLIAMS and Leonard ROBINSON Jr; grandchildren, Terrell DAVIS, DeShawn ROBINSON, Gwendolyn (CANNOY) and Amber HOOKER. Hazel has six great-grandchildren. Also cherishing her memory are her mother, Ethel MACON; her sisters, Minnie (Robert), Ann (and the late Wilton), Dorothy (Al), and Willie (Amos); a daughter-in-law, Wanda; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at First United Baptist Church, Rev. Monroe White officiating. Friends may call Friday from 7-8 p.m. at the Harper Funeral Home 521 Douglas, A Forethought Member Interment Mt.
