Jeffrey was born in Portsmouth, NH on August 8, 1947 to the late Lionel and Gloria Rhuland. He was a 1975 graduate of Western Michigan University. He is survived by two brothers and their wives, William and Diane Rhuland of Sumner, GA and Scott and Karen Rhuland of Kalamazoo, MI. Jeff is also survived by three nephews, Dr. Sean Rhuland and wife, Amy, of Florence, AL, Lionel Edward Rhuland II of Corpus Christi, TX and Andrew William Rhuland of Grand Rapids, MI.
