By email or snail mail? Do they charge for this service? If not, will send them a donation to keep up the good work....such a wealth of info they have. Thanks again. PS...just might have found where Eliza Hudson Cleveland is buried. Her grandfather, John Stewart, owned several plots at the Youngs Cemetery in Battle Creek which is owned/operated by the City of Battle Creek. They show a Stewart, ?? who is close to the right age with a baby and Eliza and her infant daughter, Lucy, were buried together per one of the burial notices. They also offered to help identify the contents in the Spring making the statement "they have other methods of identifying the contents?" Sure hope so..many thanks again....Lora Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I was also able to learn from these articles that they might be buried in the Youngs Cemetery near the lake as are several of the Stewarts. Seems that there was a fire that destroyed a lot of the burial records...the cemetery is maintained by the City of Battle Creek. One was a Levi Stewart and one of Eliza's sister or a brother went to live with them in Battle Creek after their father died and their mother was in a mental hospital in Minnesota. A perfect example of using the Boards....a huge break through thanks to you...thanks so much....Lora Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. What is very ineresting to me is the Stewarts that are buried there in the cemetery with Elmer and Abbie....looks like they might be the family of Sophronia Stewart Hudson who was married to Charles D. Hudson. I do know that when Charles died when the family was living in Oronoco, Olmsted, MN a few years later his wife, Sophronia was admitted to the State Hospital for the insane and Eliza and Adelia returned to Battle Creek to live with some of the Stewarts. I know that tombstone sget old but wonder why Adelia wasn't buried with Elmer and daughter and why wasn't Eliza buried their too?
