I have fairly good info on "Eb" and his family prior to the move to Michigan, then again for most of the time they spent in Muskegon County. I am just trying to fill in some history and account for an Elmer J. Rowley who was born somewhere in Michigan in Dec 1849. Horatio does not seem to fit anywhere in my line.
