James H. McCue was born about 1858-1860 somewhere in Ohio and died sometimes after the 1920 census was taken. He married Theresa Kenney about 1882 probably in Iosco County. Theresa was born March 8, 1860 in Canada and died June 28, 1898 in Alabaster, Iosco County Michigan. She is buried in the St. Joseph Cemetery in East Tawas. She was a daughter of John Kenney and Elizabeth Dolan. James and Theresa McCue had the following know children: James L. McCue, b. July 1883, d. 21 Jan. 1884. Peter Vinson McCue, b Jan. 1885, d. 10 Oct. 1885. John P. McCue, b. Feb. 1887, d. 25 Jan. 1888 Elizabeth McCue, b. abt. 1887. Grace McCure, b. abt. 1888-89. William J. McCure born abt. 1891 Kenneth H. McCue, b. March 1893, d. 4 March 1910. Veronica T. McCue, b. Feb. 1895. Theresa is buried in the St. Joseph Cemetery in E. Tawas. In the 1920 census of Ingham County, Lansing Twp., James H. McCue and some of his children are living in the household of his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Frank and Katherine Binder.
