I recently was looking to see what might be available at a local Family History Center, and found birth, death, and marriage records available via microfilm. The indexes go from the early to mid 1800s until 1974 and the actual records are viewable through 1903-1909 depending on the type of record. Check to see if their is a center in your area and you may be able to access this item yourself.
