Hello, just thought I would share this. I know in the past there has been discussion of "slow" or nonexistent responses from the NARA when requesting pension files. On Mar 21, 2001 I sent a Fm 85 to the NARA. Over the weekend I sent them an email requesting a status. Today I got a PHONE CALL advising me it is process and should be rec'd in about 30 days. In the past I authorized them to charge my Visa and had a response in less than 90 days. Did the same with this one. PS the charge is not yet on my card. Judy judbear2@mediaone.net
