The Ionia County Genealogical Society meeting is this Saturday, January 12 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lake Manor Apartments in Lake Odessa. Our guest speaker will be Dorothy Clore who will present a hands-on program on writing your personal memoirs. Attendees should bring their favorite writing utensil. There will be a few journals there for purchase and paper for those who don't want journals. Dorothy will provide a fun way to get started on writing, or to overcome writer's block.
