I can go to the Library of Michigan without carting a lot of folders, and the Palm fits into a shirt pocket. The last time I was at the Library, I ran into some information on people several generations back that I hadn't planned to research. If I had been depending on paper copies, I wouldn't have had the information with me to check to see if they were the right people, but all I had to do was check the database on my Palm. I love it!
