    3. Hello Valerie, I think I can answer your question. You may access probate records by visiting the Ionia County Court House, Probate Court Office. They have an index where you look up the person's name and then they get the file for you. The files are on microfilm and the cost is $1 per page to copy them. I recommend that you schedule your visit to do research in Ionia on Tuesday thru Thursday, as the offices at the courthouse are VERY busy on Mondays and Fridays.
